Train onboarding managers with essential skills for professional success.
As part of a new New Manager Onboarding program,  I developed several soft skills training modules to cover the professional and interpersonal skills that would allow the participants them to brand themselves, build their network, and establish effective relationships with their customers to truly impact their performance.

The Design Process 

Design and Development
Feedback from participants and interviews with SMEs and stakeholders revealed gaps in skills, knowledge, and attitudes. Additional work with SMEs and research using the internet and AI allowed us to create a content outline that served as the basis for the design document.

The modules provided engaging, interactive content presentations and practice in both oral and written skills using the formats and environments normally used by the managers.
The materials were developed primarily using Microsoft PowerPoint (Facilitator Guides) and Microsoft Word (Participant Guide).

Measurable Results:

88% of the participants agreed that the workshop was an excellent, useful learning experience.
