Our team received feedback from participants in a two-week Strategic Business Consulting Program and their managers, which led to the decision to streamline the content. 

The Design Process 

Design and Development

I consulted with senior Instructional Designers and internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to streamline the content. I also used proven learning science principles to increase the effectiveness of the training. For instance, I added learning personas to help participants understand stakeholders and their motivations, added quizzes to retrieve and consolidate key learning content, and made presentations more concise and engaging by enhancing them visually with graphics and images.
